The rod tube has a durable plastic inner tube, covered in Cordura mesh material, with a zip top fastening. There is a firm sponge buffer inside the zip top lid to help protect the ends of your dismantled rod inside the tube. 

 All measurements are measured to the zip, not to the overall length.  Please specify your required measurement from the following:-

39 inches, 49 inches, 50 inches, 54 inches, 56 inches, 59 inches, 62 3/4 inches, 68 inches, 79 inches.  Most rod tubes are 2 1/2 - 3 inches in diameter
