This is a four piece Norway Speycaster 13' rod.  It is finished in the standard polished carbon with black whipping, but it has blue hand tipping on the ends of all joints and around the name on the rod.  It has a Fuji reel fitting and a full cork handle.  The rod has been used as a demonstration rod at Bruce & Walker only, and has not been used on water.  We have cleaned the handle and applied a new protective wrapper.
