This is a Norway Speycaster blank, but in a one off length and line rating of 15'3" and #11-12, so an incredibly powerful rod.  It still has the Norway Speycaster action, but with an #11-12 line rating.  It has the polished carbon finish, with black whippings; the cork handle is well used; and it has a Fuji reel fitting.  It has been an ex demo rod for some time and that is reflected in the sale price.
