This rod is from the Parabolic range and has spigoted joints.  It is finished in deep burgundy with matching whippings.  It has contrasting scarlet hand tipping on every whipping for a deluxe style finish.  It has a 29 inch overall handle with a downlocking pewter screw winch fitting, a deep burgundy spacer, and a matching pewter end cap and rubber button.  It has 2 SIC butt rings and an SIC tip ring.  Low bell/open bridge hard chrom rings.  The rod has been hardly used and the handle, though used, is very clean indeed.  This rod has a traditional Spey casting action.
