This unique rod is a four piece (four equal sections) 12’ #8 Parabolic Lite rod. It has spigot joints.  It is finished to a very high specification.  The rod is finished in teal blue colour, matching whipping and cream tipping on every whipping. It has a pewter screw winch fitting, with a matching teal blue carbon woven spacer, pewter matching end cap and black rubber button. The overall length of the handle is 23 inches, comprising 11½ inches from top to screw winch fitting, and 4 inches of cork below screw winch fitting to the end cap. It has hard chrome snake rings, SIC tip ring and SIC butt ring. The action of the rod is a traditional, parabolic action, with bend and feeling right through from the very tip of the rod, to the very bottom of the handle. This rod has not been used and is in full working order.
