This is a completely new Powerlite 16’ rod, with original gold hand tipping on every whipping.  It has two lined Hardlon butt rings and a black folding keeper.  It has been tried once by a customer, with the protective handle wrapping still in situ, but has a small blemish on the carbon spacer on the screw winch fitting.  It has a black screw winch fitting with a dark mahogany spacer and a matching black end cap.
