The Powerlite 9’ #7 trout rod is a two piece rod with a classic middle to tip action, ideal for perfect presentation of the fly.  This particular rod is a one off prototype.  It is in new condition and has not been tried on water.   It has single leg rings throughout, with a lined double leg butt ring, and folding keeper.  It is finished in the usual Powerlite deep mahogany colour with matching whippings.  The cork handle is a reversed Half Wells with a composite end cork.  The reel fitting is an uplocking screw winch fitting with a wooden barrel  and a nickel silver finish.
