Delivery

Deliveries within UK are Monday – Friday

All parcels are charged by length and by postcode.
For England, Wales, Scotland including Islands and Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland small parcels will cost £3.85 + UK VAT.
For England, Wales, Scotland excluding Islands and Highlands, larger parcels will cost £37.50 + UK VAT.

Larger deliveries “across water” (Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland etc), will take 2-3 days for delivery and will be individually priced by the courier on length and weight.

For all deliveries outside the UK, whether Europe or Rest of World, we will obtain a variety of courier quotes from all the main international couriers, for you to choose from.

Please note: Bruce & Walker is very happy for any customer to arrange his or her own courier collection. As long as all transactions for the work carried out have been settled, and all paperwork for the customer’s courier is in place.

Please be aware, that when asked to sign for any delivery, you are signing for it “Received in Good Condition”. If you are unable to check the parcel whilst the delivery driver is with you, please sign for it “unchecked” or “damaged”. Once you sign for a delivery as “Received in Good Condition” and then subsequently discover upon opening the parcel, that the contents are damaged in any way, the courier refuses all responsibility, because you have signed for it “received in good condition”, and therefore any damage has occurred after delivery, by the recipient. No claims will be accepted in these circumstances. Any products arriving opened, damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition must be signed for accordingly and must be reported within 24hrs to the Bruce & Walker office: 01487 813764 email: sales@bruceandwalker.co.uk . Late claims will not be considered by the courier.
